1Light Solutions, Owner of trademark, brand, logo and service 1light solutions provides data messaging You with a voice and data messaging solution service through its platform (together hereinafter referred to as “the service” of this service”). This service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You, the User of this service understand that the service allows you to be able to send messages and that the service is regulated and governed by various directives of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, NCPR and other competent authorities as maybe made applicable by Govt. of India, from time to time, and agree to abide by and comply with the same and other applicable low of the land.
  2. You, the User of this service, confirm that you have read the provisions of the NCPR reqistry of TRAI and understand that the essence of this registry is to reduce or take away the incidence of SPAM for mobile Users. (For more details on NCPR, visit: http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/)
  3. You, the User Shall continue to be responsible for all the message sent, including but not limited to the SMS content, and you certify, confirm and undertake that telecom resources allocated to you for communication and business needs will not be used in any manner for sending unsolicited commercial communications.
  4. You, the User of this service, confirm that 1Light Solutions will not be responsible or liable for the business of commercial offer made by you while using the service and / for the messages sent using the service and you shall indemnify and keep indemnified 1light solutions and save harmless, at all times including but not limited to against all complaints / claims arising out of violation of the NCPR provisions due to you acts, against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred, suffered or paid or incurred by the 1Light Solutions or required to be incurred, suffered or paid by the 1Light Solutions and also against all demands, actions, suit proceeding made, filed, instituted against the 1Light Solutions, in connection with or arising out of or in relation to or as a consequence of you messages sent using 1Light Solutions services.
  5. You, the User of the service, confirm that you shall provide, on request, an auditable acceptance of permission from all such people whom you intend to send SMS messages to using this service, to receive messages from you via 1Light Solutions.
  6. You, the user of this service, agree to use this service judiciously and without violating privacy of the people concerned.
  7. You, the User agrees to execute an undertaking-cum-indemnity, while procuring transactional messaging service, in the format provided by the 1Light Solutions and shall be legally bound by the same.
  8. You, the User of the service, understand the message length of SMS messages, will be measured as follows- Message length will be measured as per the following chart:
  1. 160 – Characters 1 message
    2. 161 – 306 – Characters 2 messages
    3. 307 – 459 – Characters 3 messages
    4. 460 – 612 – Characters 4 messages
    5. 613 – 765 – Characters 5 messages
    6. 766 – 918 – Characters 6 messages
    7. 919 – 1071–Characters 7 messages
    8. 1072 – 1224-Characters 8 messages
    9. 1225 – 1377-Characters 9 messages
    10. 1377 – 1530-Characters 10 messages
    11. 1531 – 1683-Characters 11 messages
    12. 1684 – 1836-Characters 12 messages
    13. 1837 – 1989-Characters 13 messages
    14. 1989 + Characters 14 messages
  1. You, the User of the service, understand and agree that it is responsibility to consume the service within validity period offered to you while placing the order, else the right to avail the service will lapse after the validity period. In any case, maximum validity period of the service cannot exceed 1-year from the date of placing confirmed order against payment, after which the right to avail the service will lapse.
  2. You, the User of the service, understand and agree that any refund claims or transfer / adjustments will not be entertained under any circumstances by 1Light Solutions.
  3. You, the User of the service, understand and agree that delivery reports of messages sent through the service are dependant on data provided to 1Light Solutions by mobile operators, which in turn is shared by 1Light Solutions with you. If the mobile operator does not provide data on delivery reports to 1Light Solutions, 1Light Solutions will not be able to pass on the same to you.
  4. You, the User of the service, agree to pay 1Light Solutions any amount that may be payable for using the service, in excess of what you are rightly entitled to as per order placed with 1Light Solutions.
  5. You, the User of the Service, understand and agree that response to advertisements/campaign, if any, placed through the service cannot be guaranteed or assured by 1Light Solutions.
  6. You, the User of the service, understand and agree that only courts in Bangalore have jurisdiction over any and all matters pertaining to the service.
  7. You, the User of the service, understand and agree that there can be extra or special service charges, inter-connect charges, duties, levies, taxes, etc. Which may be made applicable by mobile operators and or TRAI and or any competent authority at any point of time on the service, and you permit and authorized 1Light Solutions to recover and collect the same from you in cash and/or shall be adjust in the advance amount or your available credits,if any paid against any order in kind, as the case maybe.
  8. You, the User of the service, agree to accept and recognize SMS content or data communication made through mobile communication network as official communication sent from 1Light Solutions to you.
  9. You, the user understands that the services shall be activated only after all the formalities as laid above are complied with by you and approved by the 1Light Solutions.
  10. By placing order and/or signing on the order booking from or using the service or any portion of it and / or by making or issuing payment for the service, you ACKNOWLEDGED AND AGREE TO BOUND by the Terms and Conditions of 1Light Solutions above.
  11. 1Light Solutions reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without notice or liability, if 1Light Solutions determines that you have violated any of these terms and conditions. 1Light Solutions reserves the right to add/modify any or all terms and conditions at any time.
